Moving from Cuba.

How was it moving from Cuba  to a whole other country, where you didn't speak the language or even know anyone?

My Take.

At first I thought my life was ending. I had to leave all of my closest friends and family behind and even though I had wonderful traveling experiences going through Europe and South America, at the end of the day I was suddenly with a very brief warning dropped into a place where I didn't speak the language and I didn't know anyone but my parents. Moreover a year later I suddenly had a younger sister who needed more attention than me. Which was absolutely the roughest thing that's ever happened to me since I hit puberty at the ripe age of eight. It was uncouth, at least at first but as time went on things did get better. I started making friends and I finally learned what the people around me were saying all along. It was definitely not easy but I got where I am.
